摘要
本文用2,4-二甲氧基苯基荧光酮(DM-PF)为化学发光剂,建立了与CTMAB-H_2O_2化学发光法测定钴的新体系,体系稳定性好,背景低,线性响应范围为1~300ng/ml,相关系数r=0.997,相对标准偏差RSD=2.8%,检测限达2.57×10^(-10)g/ml,试验了20多种常见共存物质的干扰及消除方法,将本法用于地质样品中钴的测定时,结果满意。
A method for the determination of trace cobalt with chemiluminescence of 2,6,7-trihydroxy-9-(2, 4-dimethy]oxyphenyl)fluorone is proposed. The detection limit is 2. 57×10-10 g/ml.The linear range of the calibration curve is 1-300 rig/ml. This method has been applied to the determination of cobalt in geological sample.
