摘要
临床专业学位研究生培养的主要环节是临床能力训练,创新能力是核心内容。通过"三基"训练奠定创新基石,引入循证医学理念及PBL教学激发创新思维,进一步通过临床荟萃分析、文献查阅及课题小设计实现思维创新;践行导师组制度辅导模式,加强第三方评估进行客观评价,初步建立一种专业学位研究生创新型人才培养模式。
The innovative ability for professional postgraduates is a key educational content in clinical training. At first, "three basics" training to lay the innovation cornerstone and then introduce the idea of evidence-based medicine ( EBM ) combined problem-based learning (PBL) to inspire innovative thinking. Furthermore, innovative thinking has been implemented through clinical meta-analysis, literature review and study design. Finally, the new training mode for innovation has preliminarily been established through the tutor group and the third party impersonal evaluation.
