县级图书馆管理体制改革面临诸多困难和问题,坚定改革决心和意志,将改革进行到底,这是县级图书馆新生的必由之路。文章先分析县级公共图书馆管理体制情况,然后阐述县级图书馆管理体制改革的必要性,最后就县级图书馆管理体制改革措施和方法,进行重点分析探讨。
There are many difficulties and problems in the man-agement system reform of public libraries at county level, to ad-here to the determination and perseverance of reform is the in-evitable road for the survival of libraries at county level. This pa-per first analyzed the situation of management system of public libraries at county level, then elaborated the necessity of the management system reform of public libraries at county level, and finally focused on measures and methods of system reform in li-braries at county level.
