摘要
近年来,各地纷纷构建以普遍均等服务为目标、全覆盖的公共图书馆服务体系。北京市作为全国的政治文化中心,积极推进公共图书馆服务体系建设,已建成比较完备的公共图书馆服务网络。但随着公共图书馆事业的发展,现行的行政管理体制已成为服务网络进一步发展的障碍。为此,必须对现有体制进行改革,建立科学的总分馆制。
In recent years, many places in China have begun to develop universal equal and full covered public library service systems. As the political and cultural center of the country, Beijing has been pushed the development of the public library service system actively, and has already set up a relatively complete public library four-level service network. But as the development of the public library, the current administrative system has become the obstacle to the further development of the service network. Therefore, should reform the current administrative system and set up the scientific central and branch library system.
