摘要
水闸的安全情况是一个多因素、多层次组成的复杂系统,受到多种因素的影响和制约,综合评判法对集美水闸的安全进行评估,实际上是将层次分析法和灰色关联分析相结合。首先,建立多层次水闸安全评价指标体系,运用层次分析法来计算各评价指标的权重,接着,依据检测结果和复核计算结果,利用白化函数对各指标打分。然后,结合标准比照评价法贴近度的理念,对评价等级进行灰色关联分析,最后计算出综合关联度,得出安全评价结论。这为其它类似的水闸安全评估提供参考。
The sluice of security situation is a multi-factor ,multi-level complex system composed by a variety of factors and constraints,comprehensive evaluation method to assess the safety of Jimei sluice is actually the AHP and gray relational analysis combined.First ,it creates a multi-level sluice safety evaluation index system , to calculate the weight of each evaluation index weight by AHP ,Second,according to the test results and re-view of the results,the use of albino scoring function for each index.Then,in conjunction with standard evalua-tion method of nearness concept,the evaluation grade gray relational analysis,the final calculation of the inte-grated correlation,draw conclusions safety evaluation.This provides a reference for other similar sluice safety assessment.
