摘要
就业是民生之本,创业是就业之源。畜牧业与其他行业相比,具有投资小、见效快等优势,适合大学生创业。江苏农牧科技职业学院对畜牧兽医专业创业人才的培养进行了有效探索,自主构建了"创业教育与专业学习相结合、创业素质拓展与技能培养相结合,第一课堂与第二课堂相结合、创业实践与服务三农相结合,创业理论与创业实战相结合"的"五结合"人才培养模式,并对该模式的构建、运行及保障条件进行了研究探讨,认为这种创业培养是有效和可行的。
Employment is vital to people＇s livelihood, entrepreneurship is the source of employment. Compared with other in dustry, animal husbandry has the advantages such as small investment, quick effect, which is suitable for college students entrepre neurship. Our college has conducted effective exploration on cultivating animal husbandry and veterinary professional entrepreneurial talents, independently build the five combinations talent training mode of combing the entrepreneurship education with professional study, combining the project type teaching and skill training, combing the first class with second class, combing the business prac tice and service related to agriculture, the rural areas and farmers, combing the entrepreneurship theory and practice, and analyzed the construction, operation and guarantee conditions of the mode, the author thought the above method is efficient and available.
