摘要
指出了现有水资源高效利用评价模型的不足之处,针对水资源高效利用综合效益评价模型缺乏客观性和合理性,利用粗糙集方法构建了宁夏引黄灌区水资源高效利用综合效益评价模型,通过实例说明此模型可以很大程度上减少数据的采集量,简化综合效益评价过程.
This study is to identify the faults of the current comprehensive benefit evaluation model on water resource utilization which has been found to lack objectivity and rationality. Rough set method is adopted to construct a new comprehensive benefit evaluation model on wa- ter resource utilization in Ningxia Yellow River Irrigation District. The examples are used to il- lustrate the efficiency of this model in reducing the amount of data collection and simplifying the comprehensive benefit evaluation process.
