节水型种植结构优化灰色多目标规划模型和方法研究--以洛阳市为例 被引量:18

摘要 根据灰色多目标规划的方法和原理,以河南省洛阳市种植结构为研究对象,以提高水资源利用率、利用效率和节水增效为核心,选择粮食总产、经济效益、水分利用效益为3个目标函数,而将水分供需平衡、粮食需求、蔬菜需求、耕地资源、农业用水量等10个指标作为重要的约束条件,综合考虑经济效益、生态社会效益和节水效益,研究建立了1套节水型种植结构优化灰色多目标规划模型和方法,应用Lingo软件对模型运算求解,并优化筛选,得出了2010年洛阳市节水高效种植结构方案,提出了洛阳旱作区"稳定口粮作物、扩大经济作物、适当增加饲草作物"为特色的节水型种植结构。 According to grey multiple targets planning method and principle, taking the planting structure of Luoyang City, Henan Province as research object, taking raising utilization rate of water resources, utilization efficiency and water saving as core, this paper selects general grain output, economic efficiency and water utilization efficiency as 3 target functions, and takes 10 index such as balance of water supply and requirement, grain demand, vegetable requirement, arable land resources, water consumption quantity in agriculture, etc. as important restrictive conditions. It comprehensively considers the economic efficiency, ecological and social efficiency and water saving efficiency, and establishes a set of grey multiple targets planning model and method for planting structure of water saving type. It uses Lingo software to operate and seek unbind for this model and also conducts optimizing screen. A planting structure scheme with water saving function and high efficiency for Luoyang City in 2010 is gained. A planting structure of water saving type with characteristics of"Stabilizing food grain crops, expanding cash crops and properly increasing feed crops" is brought forward.
