摘要
文章运用2006—2010年中国—东盟自贸区11个国家的政府绩效水平数据,使用引力模型,对政府绩效与国家出口额之间的关系进行了实证分析。研究发现:在中国—东盟自由贸易区中,无论进口国还是出口国政府绩效水平的提高都有利于出口额的提高。但是,对于绩效水平不高的国家而言,短时期内政府绩效的提高,国家出口额不但不会增加,反而还会出现下降的情况。
With the government performance data collected from 11 countries in China-ASEAN Free Trade Area from year 2006 to 2010,based on the gravity model,the article empirically analyzed the relationship between the government performance and national exports. The research finds that the rise of government perfor-mance level in either the importing countries or the exporting countries has contributed to the improvement of exports. For countries with lower level of government performance;however,a short-term boost in government performance will not lead to an increase in exports,but to a decline instead.
