体外产气法评定奶牛日粮中燕麦草和羊草的组合效应 被引量:7

Evaluation of Associative Effects of Oat Grass and Chinese Wild Rye Mixture in Daily Ration of Cow by Gas Production Technique in Vitro

摘要 试验研究了不同比例燕麦草和羊草在短期人工瘤胃中的组合效应,燕麦草与羊草比例分别为:日粮1(1∶0),日粮2(1∶1),日粮3(0∶1).试验根据燕麦草与羊草不同比例分成三组,并以干物质为基础配制成TMR,利用人工模拟瘤胃装置进行体外培养发酵,分别测定培养1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、10、12、16、20、24、32、36、48、54、60、66、72 h的产气量、产气速率,并采取培养2、6、12、24 h的样品,用于测定pH值、NH3—N浓度及VFA浓度,并计算其组合效应.结果显示,日粮2、3在发酵6h产气速率显著高于日粮1(P<0.05),日粮2、3组之间差异不显著,而其他各时间点各组日粮产气速率差异不显著.日粮2、3组的累计产气量整体高于日粮1组,日粮2组在发酵48~72 h产气量高于日粮3组(P>0.05).从组合效应看,培养24 h后,日粮2组的组合效应值达到最高.日粮2、3组在发酵24 h后,NH3—N浓度显著高于日粮1组,日粮2组较3组高(P<0.05).各组间pH与TVFA差异不显著.试验结果表明,当燕麦草与羊草比例为1∶1时,其瘤胃发酵参数、瘤胃内容物及其组合效应值均较好,可见当TMR日粮中燕麦草与羊草比例为1∶1时有利于瘤胃的发酵. This study was conducted to investigate the associative effects of Oat grass and Chinese wild rye mixtures when they were incubated in vitro in terms of gas production.Three treatments were set up by the ratios of oat grass to Chinese wild rye with treatment Ⅰ (1∶0),treatment Ⅱ (1∶ 1) and treatment Ⅲ (0 ∶ 1).The gas production rate and gas production were recorded at 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12,16,20,24,32,36,48,54,60,66,and 72 h,respectively.The fermented fluid was collected at 2,6,12,24 h to determine the pH,the concentration of NH3—N and VFA after fermentation.The results showed that the gas production rate of treatment Ⅰ and Ⅱ were higher than the treatment Ⅰ (P<0.05) at 6 h,and there was no significant difference in other culturing time.The treatment Ⅱ had more cumulative gas production than treatment Ⅰ and Ⅲ with no significant difference (P>0.05).The treatment Ⅱ had significant difference of associative effects,the concentration of NH3— N compared to the other two treatments (P<0.05).However there were no effects of pH and TVFA among the treatment.In conclusion,the mixture of Oat grass and Chinese wild rye with a ratio of 1∶1 improves the level of the rumen fermentation.
