玉米秸秆中性洗涤纤维与尿素间的组合效应

Study on Associative Effects Between Urea and Neutral Detergent Fiber Extracted from Corn Straw

摘要 【目的】利用体外产气法研究玉米秸秆NDF与尿素不同组合体外发酵特性及组合效应。【方法】以玉米秸秆NDF与尿素为发酵底物,按5.2∶1、6.9∶1、8.6∶1、10.3∶1和12.1∶1不同比例进行组合,利用体外产气法记录不同组合在0、2、4、6、8、12、24、36、48、72和96 h时间点的体外产气量,并测定发酵液NH3-N浓度和挥发性脂肪酸含量。【结果】玉米秸秆中性洗涤纤维(NDF)与尿素所有组合时均产生正的组合效应,且组合效应随着发酵时间的延长而减弱。【结论】NDF与尿素最大正组合效应均发生在12.1∶1,整个发酵时间内,NDF/尿素分别为6.9∶1、8.6∶1和12.1∶1正组合效应显著(P<0.05)。 [ Object and Method ] The study was conducted by using in vitro gas production technique to investigate the fermentation characteristics of a compound neutral detergent fiber (corn straw) and urea. A series of mixtures of NDF and urea were incubated using in vitro gas production technique. The ratio ( NDF/ Urea) in the mixtures were 5.2: 1,6.9: 1, 8.6: 1, 10.3:1 and 12.1:1 respectively. The gas production was recorded at0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24, 36, 48, 72 and 96 h. The NH3 -N and volatile fat acid (VFA) were determined. [ Result] The positive effects were all observed between NDF and urea and were reduced with the incubation time. [ Conclusion]When NDF mixed with urea at the proportion of 12.1, the maximal positive associative effect was produced . The proportion of NDF to urea are 6.9: 1, 8.6:1 and 12.1:1 respectively, which were different significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ).
