摘要
通过运用熵理论与耗散结构对黑龙江省煤炭行业技术创新与制度创新进行协同研究,构建相应的模型,为后期的实证研究打好基础。目的是促进黑龙江省煤炭企业的技术创新与制度创新的协同建设部署战略规划。
The entropy theory and dissipative structure were applied to the coordinated study on the technical innovation and system innovation of Heilongjiang coal industry and to the establishment of the related model to order to well set up a base of late demo study. The purpose of the study and model was to promote the strategic planning of the technical innovation and system innovation coordinated construction and layout.
