摘要
SOD是活性氧清除系统中一种最重要的金属酶,在清除生物体产生的超氧阴离子自由基中起关键性作用。SOD基因的表达调控十分复杂,在转录水平上受到转录因子的调控,在转录后水平上主要受到microRNA的调控,同时存在翻译水平上的调控。本文重点阐述了SOD的结构和功能,转录水平和转录后水平SOD基因表达调控的分子机制及SOD与植物抗逆性的关系。
SOD is one of the most important metal- chelated enzymes in active oxygen- scavenging system, and plays a pivotal role in clearing O2- ·. SOD regulation is a complicated process,including transcription factors regulation in transcriptional level,microRNAs in posttranscriptional and translational levels. This review introduced structures and functions of SOD,molecular mechanism of transcriptional and posttranscriptional regulation of SOD genes and relationship of SOD with plant abiotic resistance.
