摘要
以长春花为试材,采用1∶300、1∶500、1∶700、1∶900(肥水比,V/V)乳酸菌制剂施于50 mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫下的长春花根部,以施用等量水为对照(CK)的方法,研究乳酸菌制剂对盐胁迫下长春花表型和生理指标的影响,以期为乳酸菌制剂在观赏植物上的应用提供了科学依据。结果表明:在乳酸菌制剂的处理下,以1∶500的浓度处理效果最好。在该浓度处理下,其株高、冠幅、茎粗和最大叶面积分别较对照提高44.5%、6.9%、12.8%、20.7%;该浓度下长春花叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、POD活性、SOD活性分别较CK提高了12.0%、11.1%、11.2%、31.2%;丙二醛(MDA)含量较CK降低了55.3%。总体表现为1∶500处理>1∶700处理>1∶300处理>1∶900处理>CK,说明乳酸菌对盐胁迫下长春花的表型和生理指标的增长有显著的促进作用。为微生物制剂在观赏植物上的应用提供了科学依据。
Catharanthus roseus was used as the test material.The lactic acid bacteria preparation with the ratio of fertilizer to water 1∶300,1∶500,1∶700,1∶900 was applied to the root of Cathavanthus roseus under 50 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress,and the same amount of water was used as the control group(CK).The effects of lactic acid bacteria preparation on the phenotype and physiological indexes of Catharanthus roseus under salt stress were studied.It provides a scientific basis for the application of lactic acid bacteria preparations on ornamental plants.The results showed that under the treatment of lactic acid bacteria preparation,the best treatment effect was at a concentration of 1∶500.Under this concentration treatment,the plant height,crown width,stem diameter and maximum leaf area were increased by 44.5%,6.9%,12.8%and 20.7%,respectively.The chlorophyll content,soluble sugar content,POD activity and SOD activity were increased by 12.0%,11.1%,11.2%and 31.2%compared with CK,respectively;the content of MDA was decreased by 55.3%compared with CK.The overall performance was 1∶500 treatment>1∶700 treatment>1∶300 treatment>1∶900 treatment>CK,indicating that lactic acid bacteria significantly promoted the phenotype index and physiological index of Catharanthus roseus under salt stress.It is intend to provide a scientific basis for the application of microbial preparations in ornamental plants.
