摘要
为了最大限度解决大宗散货码头的带式输送机转接站处粉尘污染问题,港口积极研发和使用各种各样的除尘设备。针对除尘器的选择,文章首先对转接站主要的除尘设备进行阐述,然后建立模糊综合评判数学模型,通过对除尘设备的影响因素进行定性与定量分析,得出转接站的最佳除尘设备。结果表明,通模糊综合评判得到的结果能更好的满足决策者对除尘设备的综合要求,是实现港口决策问题的一种有效方法。
In order to solve dust pollution problem of belt conveyors′ transit station in bulk terminal,all kinds of dust collector are studied and used actively at home and abroad. For the selection of dust collector,the paper pro-vides the state and comparison to the commonly-used dust collector firstly,then through establishing evaluation fac-tors set of all kinds of dust collector,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to choose the best one from them. The results show that the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the dust collectors′selection can meet the decision makers′comprehensive requirement. Fuzzy comprehensive valuation is an effective method to the port decision-making problem.
