老年外伤病人的心电图观察被引量：3

摘要目的观察外伤对老年人心血管系统的影响。方法选择2010年7月至2011年1月浙江大学附属第二医院急救中心留院外伤病人,年龄均大于等于60岁,共计731位,接受心电图检查。结果第1次心电图正常者193例,异常者为538例,主要表现为心动过速、室早、房早、阵发性室上速、房颤、T波改变、ST段缺血性改变、预激综合症等。第2次心电图正常者255例,异常者为476例,其中由正常转为异常者76例,主要为室早、房早、房扑、T波改变、ST段缺血性改变。结论外伤易加重基础心血管疾病,而心血管疾病的存在必然影响外伤的预后及病情恢复。
