摘要 通过热重分析和分磨掺烧试验,研究了常用煤种和掺烧蒙煤后的燃烧、燃尽和结渣特性,重点研究分磨掺烧蒙煤对300 MW机组NOX生成浓度、锅炉结渣、锅炉效率等的影响。研究结果表明:随蒙煤掺烧比例增加,飞灰含碳量和NOX生成浓度呈线性降低趋势,配烧和掺烧蒙煤的经济性和降低NOX生成效果基本一致;掺烧2台磨蒙煤,锅炉结渣情况基本稳定,有一定的安全性,NOX生成浓度降低30%,经济和环保效益显著。 Through thermogravimetric test and mixed-burning test of 300 MW units, the paper investigates the burning, burnout and slagging characteristics of both conventional coal and that mixed with Inner Mongolia coal. The paper in particular studies the impact of Inner Mongolia mixed coal on NO X concentration, boiler slagging and efficiency. The study result shows that carbon concentration in the flying ash and NO X concentra-tion decrease linearly with the proportion of Inner Mongolia coal increased; the economical efficiency of blended burning and mixed burning of Inner Mongolia coal is in compliance with NO X generation. In case of mixed-burning of Inner Mongolia coal from two millers, the slagging in the boiler is basically stable and to some extent safe;the concentration of NOX is decreased by 30%, which is of economical efficiency and envi-ronmental benefit.
