摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择255例下颌急性智齿冠周炎患者,随机分为两组。试验组125例,采用中西医结合治疗,即用中药凉膈散加减口服结合西医治疗;对照组130例,单纯采用西医治疗。结果:试验组的总有效率98%,对照组的总有效率87%;研究组显效率92%,对照组显效率70%,χ2检验P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:中西医联合治疗急性智齿冠周炎能够显著提高疗效,优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective： To observe of the clinical efficacy of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis. Methods ： 255 patients of acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis were randomly divided into the research group and control group. The research group was given the combination treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The control group was given the treatment of Western medicine. Results ： The total effective rate of the research group was 98% and that of the control group was 87%. The excellent effective rate of the research group was 92% and that of the control group was 70%. X 2 of Chi-square test was less than 0.05. The differences between two groups were statistical significantly. Conclusion ： Treatment with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis is considered as an effective method, which can play the speciality of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
