摘要
以5083铝合金Ф720 mm规格圆铸锭为研究对象,分析了大规格5083铝合金圆铸锭熔铸工艺特性,根据熔铸工艺特性确定了不同的熔铸试验方案,最后通过对铸锭外观质量、铸锭成分、组织、性能的全面分析,确定了5083铝合金大规格圆铸锭的熔铸工艺。
The 5083 aluminum alloy round ingots of φ720 mm were used as the object of study. Casting process characteristics of large-sized round ingots of 5083 aluminum alloy were analyzed. Different test programs were determined according to the melting and casting process characteristics. At last, the melting and casting process of large-sized round ingots of 5083 aluminum alloy was confirmed by analyzing the appearance quality, compositions, structure and properties of ingots.
