Zr-4铸锭中C元素均匀性控制的研究

摘要 针对Zr-4铸锭中添加C元素后化学成分均匀性难以控制的技术难点,研究了合金元素添加方式和熔炼工艺参数对铸锭成分均匀性的影响。结果表明:以中间合金的形式加入C元素,采用常规Zr-4铸锭生产的熔炼工艺,即可将C元素在铸锭中的分布控制在理想状态。 In view of the technical difficulty of the control of the chemical composition uniformity of Zr-4 in- got after C addition,study was made of the addition modes of alloying elements and smelting process parameters on ingot composition uniformity. The results show that the distribution of C element in the ingot can be controlled in the ideal state,only by adding C element in the form of intermediate alloy to produce Zr-4 ingot with the conventional smelting process.
