摘要 目的确定龙牙楤木总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验比较超声提取法、微波提取法和热回流浸提法提取龙牙楤木总皂苷的工艺及效率。结果超声法的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1:30、80%乙醇、时间60min,皂苷得率为7.56﹪;微波法的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1:25、80%乙醇、时间50s、功率6400w,皂苷得率为7.32﹪;热回流法的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1:25、时间2.5h、60%乙醇、温度60℃,皂苷得率为7.19﹪;结论超声提取法优于微波提取法和回流提取法。 Objective To determine the optimal extraction process of aralosides. Methods The extraction technology of araloside by ultrasonic method, microwave method and hot refluxing were studied and comparatively analysed. Results The optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions are under the ratio of material to 80% alcohol 1:30 extracting 60 minutes, and the maximal recovery of aralosides was 7.56%; for the optimal microwave method, under the ratios of material to 80% alcohol 1:25 with microwave power 640W extracting 50 seconds, and the maximal recovery of aralosides was 7.32%; for the optimal hot refluxing method, under the ratio of material to 60% alcohol 1:25 extracting 2.5 hours with 60℃ ,and the maxima/ recovery of aralosides was 7.19%.Conclusion The ultrasonic method was better than the others.
