摘要
设计了一种新型的塑壳断路器(MCCB)机构。经济型MCCB的机构设计需符合经济性。对经济型MCCB机构进行了4方面的改进设计。该设计方案具有机构体积小巧、装配方便等优势。设计思路运用在NM100-250经济型MCCB的机构设计上,节省了生产成本。
The operating mechanism of moulded case circuit breaker （MCCB） was designed. For economic type MCCB, the operating mechanism needs to be designed to meet the economy. The operating mechanism carried out a four-polnt improvement. This scheme of economic type MCCB has advantages of the small size operating mechanism and convenient assembly. This scheme had been successfully developed and used in the NM100-250 product which saved the cost of production.
