摘要
巴基斯坦在解决阿富汗问题中具有独特作用,希望在稳定阿局势的同时形成一个对巴友好的阿富汗政府,并从支持阿富汗国内政治和解、释放阿富汗塔利班囚犯以推动和解进程、积极参与多边机制为解决阿富汗问题创造有利外部条件、加强对阿经济联系等方面调整巴阿关系,在阿富汗问题的解决过程中发挥其影响力。中巴在阿富汗问题上需要通过友好磋商以协调立场和加深相互理解。
Pakistan plays a unique role in resolving Afghanistan's problems.This policy is premised on the need to stabilize Afghanistan and,meanwhile,create a government friendly to Pakistan in Kabul.For supporting political reconciliation in the war-ravaged neighbor,Pakistan recently released Taliban prisoners.And to nurture favorable external conditions to solve the problems of Afghanistan,Islamabad seeks to participate in multilateral mechanisms and enhance economic ties with Kabul.Both China and Pakistan need to coordinate their position and deepen mutual understandings by a series of result-oriented consultations.
