摘要
针对现有电能计量终端中充电电池种类多样、容易失效的问题,提出了一种通用的充电电池管理系统。该系统可实现电池充放电、容量检测以及电池维护等功能,避免电池频繁充电、容量大幅下降等问题。本文研究了充电电池管理方案,详细介绍了各种工作模式及切换流程。最后通过两组实验验证了电池管理系统的功能,提高了电能计量终端备用电源的可靠性。
This paper studies the failures of multiple rechargeable batteries in electric energy terminals, and proposes an innovative general management system to prolong the lifetime of rechargeable battery. The system is able to charge, discharge, maintain the batteryand test battery capacity in an electric terminal. The system commits to solvingthe frequent charging and capacity decreasing problem. The management strategy is studied and the working principle is shown. Two experiments are conducted to validate the performance of the management system, which improves the reliability of backup power for electric energy terminals
