电量微分法研究锂离子蓄电池碳负极锂的析出 被引量:3

摘要 用中间相炭微球(MCMB)作负极材料,LiCoO2作正极材料,分别制成方型063048锂离子蓄电池和圆柱型14500锂离子蓄电池。研究不同充电电压对充放电容量的影响,并在一定的正负极配比情况下用电量微分法确定电池负极析锂的析出电压。方型电池析出锂的充电电压为4.20~4.25V,圆柱型电池析出锂的充电电压为4.15V。并对两种电池的内阻进行测试,发现圆柱型电池内阻小于方型电池,因而析出锂的电压低。考察温度对电池充电电压与容量关系的影响,发现在15~45℃范围内,温度对其影响很小。 The prismatic and cylindrical lithium battery, 063048 and 14500, were manufactured by using MCMB as anode and LiCoO2 as cathode. The voltage of lithium precipitation was determined by the coulometric differentiation method, through the study of discharge-capacity at different cut-off charge-voltage under the condition of the different C-A rate. The lithium precipitation voltage of prismatic battery is 4.20~4.25 V, the cylindrical battery 4.15 V. The lithium precipitation voltage of cylindrical battery is lower than that of prismatic battery, because the intrinsic impedance of cylindrical battery is lower than that of prismatic battery by the measurement. The temperature has little influences on the relationship between charge cut-off voltage and discharge-capacity during 15 ℃to 45 ℃.
