摘要
对几种高速线材的金相组织异常进行了分析,以线材正常状态下的性能要求作为目标提出了相应的热处理组织改善的方法;根据现有设备的备件以及线材的直径、厚度、钢种等影响因素制定了工业生产中的热处理工艺..从试验结果来看,热处理后线材的金相组织得到了改善,表面脱碳、力学性能等均达到了用户的要求。
The abnormal microstructure of several kinds of high speed wire rod were analyzed under microscope. The corresponding methods of heat treatment was applied to meet the standard performance requirements of coil rod. In addition, the method of heat treatment in mass production were defined by many factors such as existing equipments, diameter, thickness and steel grade of wire rod. This experiment indicates the microstructure of wire rod is improved ~ after heat treatment, and the performance of both decarburization degree and mechanical character can also achieved the requirements of customers.
