摘要
本文论述了影响小连轧机生产的螺纹钢冷弯性能的主要因素:方坯连铸工艺造成坯料成分偏析及金相组织异常并遗传到钢材上;坯料加热工艺导致成材后出现异常金相组织;轧制变形过程产生残余应力;C、Mn含量偏高。通过改进生产工艺及适当调整化学成分,从根本上改善了螺纹钢冷弯性能。
This paper describes main factors which affect the cold-bending property of reinforced bar produced by our company's small-scale continuous mill. Continuous casting process caused chemical elements segregation and abnormal structure of billet, while the abnormal strcture of billet could be presert to screw bar by heredity. Billet-reheating procase brought about abnormal structure of the screw bar; Rolling-deforming caused the remaining stress of re-bar; C and Mn content were higher. By means of improving processes and revising chemical elements properly, cold-bending property of screw bar was improved greatly.
