摘要
高等教育创新发展涉及多维因素,教育技术是高等教育创新发展的重要因素之一。教育技术是高等教育创新发展的"制高点",教育技术是推动高等教育创新发展的革命性内生力量,教育技术以满足人的发展需要为核心,彰显促进高等教育发展之先锋作用。教育技术作为高等教育创新发展的标准有其现实、历史和内在的要求。提高全员教育技术认知水平和教育技术能力,构建科学的教育技术指标体系,大力发展先进教育技术,利用教育技术大力开发人才培养资源等是教育技术视角下实现高等教育创新发展的路径选择。
The innovative development of higher education is related to multiple factors, among which educational technology is significant, because it is the ＂commanding height＂ of the innovative development of higher education. Educational technology, focusing on satisfying human＇s need of development and reflecting its function of promoting the development of higher education, is an inherent revolutionary force for motivating the innovative development of higher education. It is out of realistic, historical, and inherent demands that educational technology assumes its position as the standard for the innovative development of higher education. The paths for achieving the innovative development of higher education under the perspective of educational technology are enhancing people＇s recognition level and capability of educational technology, constructing scientific index system of educational technology, developing educational technology with efforts, and exploiting resources for training talents with educational technology.
