摘要
为分析世界一流大学薪酬体系的特征,选取了美国5所世界一流大学为研究对象,从薪酬目标、薪酬水平、薪酬类型、薪酬增长机制、薪酬管理、福利计划6个方面归纳了美国一流大学薪酬体系的主要特征,对我国高校薪酬改革的启示是:提高大学教师相对其他行业的外部竞争力;定期开展全国高校教师薪酬调查;简化教师薪酬构成,提高基本工资的比例;探索对大学副教授、教授实行协议年薪制;建立多样化可选择的特色教师福利项目;建立教师工资的正常增长机制。
In order to analyze the features of compensation system adopted by world-top universities. This paper selected five U.S. world-class universities for study, and generalized their compensation system from the aspect of compensation objectives, salary level, type of compensation, compensation management, benefit and salary growth mechanism. According to the findings, this paper gave six suggestion for compensation reform in china as follows: improving the external competitiveness of university teachers relative to other industries; carrying out national college faculty salary survey regularly; simplifying teachers' pay structure and increase the proportion of basic salary; exploring the implementation of the contract salary system for university associate professors and professors; building diverse optional benefit plans for faculty; establishing the normal growth mechanism of teacher's salary.
