摘要
目的深入了解本科护生初进临床遇到的沟通方面的问题、感受以及态度,为护理临床沟通教育提供参考。方法采用质性研究的现象学方法,对一年级本科护生见习期间的临床沟通反思日记进行归类分析。结果用类属分析法提炼出5个主题:对护患沟通障碍的反思;对患者的反思;对护士职业的反思;对临床带教的反思;对大众舆论的评判性反思。结论反思日记有助于教师在课堂及临床教学中,有针对性地引导和培养护生人际沟通能力的发展。
Objective:To explore the communication problems among nursing students in early clinical prac-tice, and to provide reference for clinical nursing education .Methods:Introspecting diary of the clinical communi-cation in nursing students were classified and analyzed by using qualitative research method .Results:5 themes were extracted as following: barriers for communication between nurses and patients , reflection on patient , nurse occupation , clinical teaching and critical reflection on public opinion .Conclusion:Introspecting diary is important to help teachers in teaching , to guide and cultivate nursing students to develop their interpersonal communication competence .
