摘要
教育经济学在我国已跨过而立之年,但要走向成熟必须更加注重我国教育实际,着力研究前沿问题以引领学科发展。由"教育产品"这一"硬核"可推导出教育经济学的基本问题;由"教育产品具有生产价值和消费价值"形成的"保护带"可以演绎出教育经济学的核心问题。教育经济研究热点问题紧跟时代发展的律动,但从未离开过以"硬核"为圆心、以"保护带"为半径的圆周视野。在立足基本、抓住核心、关注热点的基础上,可以将教育经济学前沿问题归纳为:教育经济学学科建设问题、教育经济价值悖论问题、教育财政问题、学校生产效率问题。
After fast development in recent thirty years, economics of education in China must pay more attention to the current situation of education and focus on frontier problems to lead disciplinary development. With the hard core which belongs to "educational products ",we can deduce the basic issues in economics of education, and with the guard band composing of production value and consumption value, we can assume the core issue in economics of education. The hot issues in economics of education keep up with the rhythm of era development, but never leave the circle which the hard core is the center, and the guard band is the radius. On the basis of basic, core, and hot issues in economics of education, the frontier issues can be determined as follows: discipline construction, economic value paradox of education, educational finance and school production efficiency.
