摘要
伴随着国家教育体制改革的不断深入,民办高校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分得到了蓬勃发展。在教学规模不断扩大的同时,学生的就业问题也日趋严峻。影响民办高校就业问题的主要因素有教学质量、学校知名度和就业指导体系等。为促进民办高校的持续发展,应在以上方面进一步努力。
With the deepening of the reform of education system, private colleges ,as an important component of Chi- nese higher education, have been booming. Yet, while the teaching scale expands unceasingly, the students' employment is increasingly serious. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the private college students employment in China, it is pointed out that the main factors causing the problem of employment range from teaching quality, the fame of the college to the system of employment guidance. As a result, more efforts are required to deal with these factors in order to improve the sustainable development of privately-run colleges.
