摘要 RSIM模型建立在大型通用流程模拟软件Hysys平台上,融合了炼油反应动力学包Profimatics以及大量的经验公式,可以实现全炼厂物料和能量平衡测算、物流组份性质预测、传递和调合,能够进行炼油厂全流程模拟计算。炼油厂利用RSIM模型,可以结合炼油反应机理,通过优化装置原料构成和加工工艺,针对不同性质的炼油组分采用最合适的加工路线和操作参数,从而达到增产汽油的目的。对于原油加工能力为1200万吨/年的炼油企业,每年可增产汽油33万吨,增效16500万元。 Based on the large-scale platform of general process simulation software Hysys,RSIM model has achieved the calculation of whole refinery materials and energy balance,the prediction,transfer and blending of logistics component properties,with the combination of refining reaction kinetics package-Profimatics and a large number of empirical formulas.In addition,the simulation calculation of the whole refinery process can also be conducted.Combined with the refining reaction mechanism,RSIM model enables the refinery to adopt the most appropriate processing route and operating parameters according to the different natures of the components by optimizing raw material composition and processing technologies so as to increase the output of gasoline.For the oil refining enterprises with the processing capability of 12 million tons per year,the annual output of gasoline can be increased by 330000 tons,with economic profits165 million RMB more than before.
