摘要
利用1950—2011年西北太平洋热带气旋资料，对影响我国南海北部各油田区块海域热带气旋的频数、强度等气候变化和空间分布特征进行了分析；并运用Weibull分布模型，计算给出了影响各油田海域不同重现期极值风速值；为海洋石油等海洋工程的开发和安全运行提供了台风特征信息。
Using tropical cyclones data of Northwest Pacific from 1950 to 2011, the paper analyzes the characteristics of tropical cyclones affecting the area of north oil fields in the South China Sea. An asymmetric typhoon model and Weibull＇s distribution model are applied to the calculation of extreme wind speed parameters for each oil field. The calculation provides information of typhoon features for the development and safe operation of offshore oil and other marine projects.
