摘要
西汉官职系统虽继承秦制,但在不断的摸索中呈现出三大乱象:一是文职、武职官员区分不清,二是官职分工混乱,三是新官职设立随意。这些现象说明西汉官职系统还不成熟,仍然在探索过程中。
Although the system of governmental posts of Western Han Dynasty inherited that of Qin Dynasty, the chaotic phenomena accrued in its development： firstly, there was an unclear separation between civil offices and military offices; secondly, there was disorder in division of responsibility; and thirdly, there was randomly setting up of new offices. These phenomena show that the official system in Western Han Dynasty was not mature, and was in the process of exploration.
