摘要
目的采用紫外分光光度法测定肝灵饮品中五味子醇甲进行定量检测,并对紫外分光光度法进行方法学研究。方法将肝灵饮品通过浓缩,定容,超声,稀释等步骤处理,用紫外分光光度计在254nm波长下检测五味子醇甲的含量。结果本方法在0.006~0.078mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,R^2=0.9995,回收率为98.33%-98.79%,相对标准偏差为0.34%~0.85%。结论该方法具有准确度高,精密度好,能够满足测定肝灵饮品中五味子醇甲含量的要求。
Objective To study the measurement of schizandrin in ganling by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and make a methodological observation. Methods The ganling was concentrated, constant volume, ultrasonic treatment, dilution steps, schisandrin were measured in 254 nm wavelength by UV spectrophotometer. Results This method had good correla- tion ( R^2 = 0. 999 5 ) between 0. 006 - 0. 078 mg/ml, the coefficient of recovery was 98. 33% - 98. 79% , the relative standard deviation was 0. 34% -0. 85%. Conclusion With high accuracy and precision, this method can meet the need of detecting the sehizandrin in ganling.
