摘要
建立了生脉糖浆质量标准。采用TLC法对处方中的五味子、麦冬、党参进行了定性鉴别,并用HPLC对五味子中的五味子醇甲进行含量测定,采用Ultimate XB-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5um)色谱柱,以甲醇-1%冰醋酸(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为250nm。薄层色谱斑点清晰,易于识别,专属性强;五味子醇甲在0.00676~0.169mg/mL呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为103.3%,RSD为1.7%。该方法简便、准确,重复性好,提高后的质量标准能更有效的控制该制剂质量。
The quality standard of Shengmai Syrup was established.Shengmai Syrup,fructus schisandra chinensis,radix ophiopogonis,radix codonopsis in Shengmai Syrup were qualitatively identified by TLC.The content of Schizandrin was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic conditions were: ultimate XB-C18 (4.6mm × 250mm,5um) column,mathanol and 1% glacial acetic acid (60∶40) as mobile phase,the detection wavelength of 250nm.A good linearity was obtained in range of 0.00676 ~ 0.169mg/mL of Schizandrin (r = 0.9999).The average recovery was 103.3% (RSD% = 1.7% ).The method was simple,accurate and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Shengmai Syrup.
