摘要
研究了一种激光熔覆修复挤压模具技术,其特点是采用激光熔覆的方法和专用铁基碳化钨合金粉末对模具的破损部位进行修复。应用本技术对破损的H13钢铝型材挤压模具进行了激光熔覆修复,得到了表面较平整与光滑、无气孔与裂纹的金属陶瓷层,大大提高了H13钢铝型材挤压模具的硬度。
A technique of laser cladding repairing extrusion die was investigated. This technology is characterized by using the method of laser cladding and special iron-based tungsten carbide alloy powder to repair damaged parts of the mold. Additionally, this technology is also applied to repair the broken regions of H13 steel-aluminum extrusion dies, and to acquire the metal ceramic coatings with smooth, no pores and cracks, which can improve the hardness of extrusion die H 13 steel greatly.
