摘要
随着职业教育的不断发展,中职学生的思想教育和行为规范的管理日趋重要。班级管理是学校学生管理的重要组成部分,总结出班级管理的四项原则:头脑清晰、统一思想、深入群众、科学管理,并加以论述。
With the development of vocational education, vocational college students ＇ ideological education and management practices have become more important. Classroom management is an impor- tant part of the college＇s student management, sum up the four principles of classroom management： clear, unifying idea, go deep among the masses, scientific management, and be dealt with.
