摘要
利用扎根理论,以后发复杂产品系统制造代表性企业——大连机车车辆有限公司的柴油机技术演化路径为背景进行吸收能力影响因素的案例研究。研究发现,先前知识和经验、知识源属性和创新网络影响后发复杂产品系统制造企业在技术相关领域不同平台中的潜在吸收能力,而研发投入、内部组织管理、个体学习、组织学习机制因素则影响其实际吸收能力。这些影响因素使得企业获取的外部知识通过个体内化为个体隐性知识,进而通过交互共享为企业整体的隐性知识,并最终整合成为企业内部新的显性知识,通过显隐性知识的转换过程体现了吸收能力作为一种动态能力的特性。
This article applying grounded theory aims to do case studies about the influencing factors of complex product system latecomer manufacturers' absorptive capacity, taking diesel technology evolution path belonging to complex product system latecomer manufacturer- Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., as background .The study found, prior experience and knowledge, the attributes of external knowledge and innovation network affect potential absorptive capacity of complex product systems latecomer manufacturers in technology-related fields in different platforms, and R&D investment, the internal organization and management, individual learning, organiza-tional learning mechanisms are determinants of actual absorptive capacity. These factors allow enterprise to obtain external knowledge through the individual internalized into individual tacit knowledge, and thus through the interac-tive sharing into tacit knowledge of the whole enterprise, and eventually integrated into new explicit knowledge within the enterprise, so by the explicit-tacit knowledge conversion process the absorptive capacity reflects as a dynamic capability features.
