摘要 探讨部分糊化淀粉浆液的制备方法及对纯棉纱的上浆效果。将原淀粉和变性淀粉PR-Su混合,采用恒温水浴蒸汽法制备部分糊化淀粉浆液,测试了室温条件下浆液的黏度、pH值、黏度热稳定性,并采用部分糊化淀粉浆液在室温下对纯棉纱进行上浆。试验表明:部分糊化淀粉浆液具有较低的黏度和优良的黏度热稳定性;在相同配方下,部分糊化淀粉浆液所浆出的棉纱耐磨性能提高、强伸性能改善、毛羽值降低,基本达到完全糊化浆液浆出纱的质量指标。认为:部分糊化淀粉浆液上浆技术是一种低碳、节能、环保的新型浆纱技术。 Manufacture method of partial gelatinization starch sizing and its sizing effect on pure cotton yarn were discussed. Native starch and modified starch PR-Su were blended, partial gelatinization starch sizing was made by con- stant temperature water bath steam method, sizing properties in room temperature were tested including viscosity ,pH val- ue and viscosity thermal stability. Pure cotton yarn was sized in room temperature by partial gelatinization starch sizing. The test shows that viscosity of partial gelatinization starch sizing is lower, the viscosity thermal stability is better. In con- dition of same sizing instruction, quality of cotton yarn sized by partial gelatinization starch sizing is basically same as the quality of cotton yarn sized by full gelatinization starch sizing in aspects of increase of wear resistance, improvement of strength and elongation, decrease of hairiness value. It is considered that partial gelatinization starch sizing technology is one kind of low-carbon, energy-saving, environmental protection new sizing technology.
