摘要
聚乙烯醇对涤棉纱上浆,由于其内聚力和外聚力间不尽平衡,在浆纱机和织机上落浆中的含纤量较多,影响了浆纱的可织性。选用品质优良的变性淀粉与聚乙烯醇组成新的和浆成分使内聚力、外聚力之间均势平衡,可提高浆纱质量。应用适量变性淀粉绝不是单纯替代聚乙烯醇的问题,而是上浆技术的发展之一,有一定现实意义和经济效益。
Owine to the unequilibrium of both inner and outer cohesive force of polyethenol size,the size hedding during sizing and weaving processes is accompanied with some fibre, whichwill effect the weaving rocess. By the usage of modified starch and polyethenol mixedsize, a force equilibrium will be resulted in, nd therefore quality improvement of sizedyarn is obtained. It is clear that modified starch, of suitable mount used can not onlyreplace the polyethenol but also improve the sizing technology, and finally, a real ndeconomic benefit is obtained.
