摘要
针对昆钢新区120t转炉投产后氧抢使用过程中存在的问题，对氧枪喷头进行重新设计及优化，改造后，有效降低了炼钢氧气消耗、钢铁料消耗及终渣TFe，显著提高了转炉炉龄，达到了预期的改造效果。
In view of the problems of 120 t converter oxygen lance after the production process in Kungang New Industrial Park, through redesign and optimization, the oxygen lance nozzle was reformed, effectively reduced the steelmaking oxygen consumption, the consumption of steel material and the final slag TFe, significantly improved the service life of the converter, and to achieve the expected retrofit effect.
