优化转炉终点压枪模式降低终渣TFe含量

摘要 转炉终渣(TFe)含量是转炉炼钢重要的技术指标之一,直接影响熔池冶金反应和炼钢成本,而转炉终点压枪模式对其具有决定性作用。基于此,对终点压枪设计了三因素正交试验,研究不同枪位、流量、压枪时间模式下,转炉终渣(TFe)含量及相应出钢回磷、金属收得率等变化情况。研究结果表明:采取低枪位、大流量、长时间的压枪模式利于降低终渣(TFe)含量,其值由18.83%降低至11.79%,同时可有效控制出钢过程回磷、提高金属收得率和改善溅渣护炉效果,对降低转炉冶炼成本和维护炉况具有重要意义。 The final slag(TFe)content is one of the important technical indicators of BOF steelmaking,which directly affects the metallurgical reaction of the molten pool and the cost of steelmaking,and the End Point pressure gun mode has a decisive effect on it.Based on this,a three-factor orthogonal experiment was designed for the End Point pressure gun to study the changes in the final slag(TFe)content and tapping rephosphorus and metal recovery under different gun positions of BOF,flow rates,and pressure gun time modes.The research results show that adopting a low gun position,large flow,and long-term pressure gun mode is beneficial to reduce the final slag(TFe)content,and its value is reduced from 18.83%to 11.79%.At the same time,it can effectively control the rephosphorus during the tapping process and increase the metal recovery,and improving the effect of slag-splashing furnace protection,which great significance for reducing converter smelting costs and maintaining furnace conditions.
