摘要
雷公藤是卫矛科植物,具有抗炎、免疫调节、抗增殖和预凋亡等多种药理活性。但雷公藤制剂易导致生殖系统、肝脏、肾脏、血液系统损害而限制了其临床应用。在分析雷公藤制剂毒性特点的基础上,探讨中药减轻雷公藤制剂毒性的处方规律,如预防雷公藤制剂对女性的生殖毒性常选用养阴补血方,而对男性则多选用温阳填精之品等。
Tripterygium belongs to Celastraceae, with a variety of pharmacological activities of anti-inilammatory, immunomodulatory, anti-proliferation and pro-apoptosis. But Tripterygium preparations are easy to damage the repro ductive system, liver, kidney and blood system. The toxicity of Tripterygium preparations limits the clinical applica tion. The combinative law of detoxifying formulas for Tripterygium preparations such as yin-nourishing bloodosupple meriting formula for preventing the toxicity of Tripterygium preparations on female reproductive system and yang-war ming essence-replenishing formula for preventing the toxicity of Tripterygium preparations on male reproductive system was discussed in this article according to the toxicity features of Tripterygium preparations.
