摘要
目的探讨CRP、WBC、CA-125、N%在CPP诊疗中的诊断价值。方法选择诊断为CPP患者48例,分别测定治疗前后患者的CRP水平、WBC、CA-125水平、N%的变化情况。结果 CRP水平、WBC、CA-125水平、N%在患者自觉症状好转时均低于治疗前,且WBC、N%与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 WBC、N%既可以作为CPP的感染指标,也可以作为疗效的评价指标,而CRP、CA-125对于CPP无诊断意义。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CRP, WBC, CA-125 and N% in CPP treatment.Methods Selecting 48 cases of the CPP, CRP levels, WBC, CA-125 level and N% were measured before and after treatment.Results CRP levels, WBC, CA-125 level and N% in the patients symptoms cure lower than before treatment, WBC and N% compared with before treatment with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion WBC and N% can be used as indicators of infection of the CPP, but also can be used as the evaluation of the efficacy, CRP, CA-125 for CPP no diagnostic significance.
