摘要
目的观察两种不同用药方法治疗老年性阴道炎的疗效与复发率，探讨老年性阴道炎的最佳治疗方案。方法将200例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组100例。治疗组用乳酸菌阴道胶囊＋甲硝唑＋乙烯雌酚软膏治疗；对照组用甲硝唑＋乙烯雌酚软膏治疗。结果治疗组痊愈率、总有效率、复发率分别为96％、100％、4．2％，对照组分别为72％、89％、16．7％。两组痊愈率、总有效率、复发率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合甲硝唑、乙烯雌酚软膏治疗老年性阴道炎疗效显著，复发率低，值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy and recurrence rate of two different treatment methods for the treatment of senile vaginitis, and to investigate the best treatment menthods of senile vagi nitis. Methods Two hundred patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. Patients in treatment group were given lacidophilin vaginal capsules ＋ metronidazole ＋ diethylstilbestrol ointment ; the patients in control group were given metronidazole ＋ di- ethylstilbestrol ointment. Results The cure rate, total effective rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were 96%, 100%, 4.2%. The cure rate,total effective rate and recurrence rate of the control group were 72%, 89%, 16.7%. There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions I,acidophilin vaginal capsules combined with metronidazole, di- ethylstilbestrol ointment is effective on senile vaginitis, has low recurrence rate, so is worthy of clinical application.
