不同结构端炔丙基化合物的合成、热固化及其固化产物研究

Study on synthesis,thermal curing and products of the propargyl compounds with different structures

摘要 合成了几种不同结构的端炔丙基化合物,对其结构进行了表征,初步研究了这几种化合物的热固化行为以及固化产物的热性能,通过流变分析考察了化合物的加工性能,利用DSC和FTIR确定固化工艺,DMA、TGA技术分析固化产物的热性能,结果表明:端炔丙基化合物具有良好的加工性能,热固化工艺为150℃/2h+180℃/2h+200℃/2h+250℃/2h,固化产物热稳定性良好,氮气和空气中失重5%的温度超过350℃,氮气中800℃残留率超过50%,玻璃化转变温度超过220℃,高者超过350℃。 Several propargyl compounds with different structures were synthesized and analyzed. The curing behav- iors of propargyl compounds,as well as the thermal properties of the cured products were studied. Curing conditions was determined by DSC and FTIR. By means of the rheological testing, the processing performances of the monomer were inves- tigated. The results showed that the compounds exhibited excellent processability. Thermal curing process was 150℃/2 h+ 180℃/2 h+200℃/2 h+250℃/2 h. DMA and TGA analysis showed that the cured product had good thermal stability, the initial temperature of degradation under air and nitrogen all exceeded 350℃. Char yield of cured products in nitrogen excee- ded 50% at 800℃. The glass transition temperature of the cured products all exceeded 220℃, even higher exceeded 350℃.
