摘要
采应用多种催化剂合成侧链甲基上含氯官能团的共轭高分子,选择催化剂和催化聚合条件。通过大分子反应,获得了含季铵盐的共轭高分子。对所获得的聚合物进行了IR、X衍射分析;测定了特性粘数[η],数均分子量Mn和电导率σ。
The catalytic polymerization of chloroalkyne (e.g. propargyl chloride and 1,4-dichloro-2- butyne) in the presence of the catalyst[e.g. MoCl5 (I),WCl5 (Ⅱ),Mo (CO)6+CBr4+hv system (Ⅲ),Mo (CO)6+CCl4+hv system(Ⅳ), has been studied.It was found that the chloroakyne can be catalyzed for polymerization by the catalyst or systems, and the yield of poly (chlorealkyne) is the best when catalytic system is(CO)5 W=C (OEt) ph+AlCl3 (anhydrous)at-30℃ , polymerzation time is 2h and molar ratio of catalyst to monomer is 0.01:1.The poly (propargyl chloride) and poly-(1,4-dichloro-2-butyne) react with triethylamine to give poly (N-chlorotriethylammoniopropargyl)and poly [1,4-di (N chlorotriethylammonio)-2-butyne]. The IR spectra, molecular weights (Mn), intrinsic viscosity ([n]), electric conductivity σ and thermal analytic data of these polymers were measured. The IR spectra of these polymers shows the bonds at about 1625~1632 cm-1 due t0 C=C conjugated, These polymers are all cunjugated polymers sp2- containing carbon in the main chain. The X ray diffraction of these poly (chloroalkyne) shows that the poly (propargyl chloride) and poly(1,4-dichloro-2-butyne) are amorphous , the poly (N- chlorotriethylammonioniopropargyl) and poly[1,4-di (N-chlorotriethylammonio)-2-butyne] are crystalline.
