常压高浓度氧对创伤性颅脑损伤神经保护作用的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 常压高浓度氧通过升高动脉血氧分压,使脑组织氧分压升高,改善脑组织氧供,恢复线粒体功能,改善脑细胞代谢,减轻血脑屏障破坏及减轻脑细胞水肿,降低颅内压,增加受损区脑血流量,改善脑电活动,无论是肺泡还是脑组织未见氧化应激反应增加。相对于高压氧容易实施,非侵入性,值得深入研究,临床推广。
